复合材料拍门用途 :
拍门适用于给排水及污水处理工程的各种管道和水渠道作溢流、止回之用,亦可用作各种竖井井盖,它仅用于单向水流的出水口。
复合材料拍门的安装使用及注意事项:
1、拍门安装可与法兰连接,可与预埋板焊接,或二次浇注。
2、浮箱拍门在使用过程中,可通过向门页密封腔体内注水或放水的方法改变门页的比重,以达到最佳开启效果。
3、拍门安装后,门座与门页间有3mm左右的间隙属正常现象,当门页承受一定的反向压力时,间隙会减少以致消失。
4、拍门在使用过程中应保持其流道、密封圈不被石块、树枝等杂物卡堵,从而影响密封效果。
5、经常清理拍门下方沉砂池内的积物,保持拍门支耳孔、铰轴润滑良好,开启灵活。
